Abstract:

In order to ensure success and quality in organizations, it is necessary to develop the level of knowledge and skills of employees according to the needs of the period. The easiest and easiest way to ensure this in an institution employee is to be accomplished along with the service training planning. The purpose of the study is to reveal the teachers' service training and seminary preferences, to comment on their reasonability. The study examined the impact of education, training time, gender, and preferences of high school in the service training of teachers conducted by distance education in June 2022. The preferences of 196 teachers who share the preferential information on social media service education have been evaluated. As the teachers were able to participate in more than one training, a total of 379 educational participants were studied in terms of preference, gender, senior year, training time. The most popular training has been identified as "Being a teacher", "Management of difficult situations, Professional Doyum, Intelligence Psychology, Scientific Leadership, Changing World and Education", "Mility and Slowing Seminar". Distance training has been shown to have an influence on the preference of the training time, the short training time has been the most preferred training. The gender has been shown to have an influence on preference on the training "Social Media Use and Communication Seminar", "Self Courage Seminar", "Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Introduction Seminar", "Mility and Slowing Seminar". The curriculum year has been shown to have an influence on the preference of "New Approaches to Education in Service, Specialist Teaching and Mastering Process Seminars", Management of Difficult Situations, Professional Doyum, Intelligence Psychology, Scientific Leadership, Changing World and Education Seminars", "Being Teacher Seminars", "Milty and Slowing Seminars" training. It is recommended that teachers take care of their professional shortcomings and expectations when determining educational topics.
