Title:Home Care Patients' Stress Level and Effective Factors Identification of Care Patients' Stress Level and Effective Factors Summary: The purpose: This study was done in order to determine the stress level and the factors affecting Care Patients' Care Patients in Home Care Patients. Tools and Methods: The research was carried out on the care providers of patients registered in health services at home in an Education-Research Hospital between 1 and 30 October 2017. The study consisted of 410 patient care providers living in the center of the province and 223 patient care providers that meet the research criteria. Before the investigation began, the institution’s permission, the ethical board’s approval and the verbal approval were obtained from the caregivers. The data of the research was collected by face-to-face interview technique by making home visits. The data collection used "Patient and Care Provider Promotion Form", "Katz Independence Index in Daily Life Activities" and "The Care Provider's Stress Scale". The data is evaluated in the SPSS 20.0 statistical package program using identifying statistics, correlation test, t test and variance analysis. The study found that the average age of care providers was 53.76 ± 13.99, with 86.1 percent women, 84.8 percent married, 48.9 percent primary school graduates and 29.1 percent patient brides. The stress scale of the care providers was found to be the average score of 5.12±3.35 at the average level. It has been determined that there is a statistically meaningful relationship between the condition of chronic illness of the care providers and the scale of care stress score (p<0,05). It has been found that there is a statistically meaningful relationship between the patient’s sex and daily life activities scale scale and the care providers’ care stress scale scale scale scale scale scale scale (p<0,05). In this study, it was determined that the care stress of the care providers at home was moderate. However, it has been found that care providers with chronic illness have a high care stress and that care providers with male patients and patients with high bed addiction have a higher care stress. According to these findings, the support of the care providers at home to the factors affecting the care stress is important for the quality of life of both patients and care providers.
