Abstract:

Feminist literature theory and feminist literature criticism are no concepts that can be drawn into theoretical framework without the follow-up of the world and our country’s women’s movements. The author with this consciousness made a historical and therefore sociological follow-up in the first part of the work. The determining object in this follow-up, which goes from the original man to the present day, is the way of evaluating the concept of woman and the effect of these assessments on the woman's gender. During this long process, women have sometimes chosen to be on the stage, and have criticized the system and their organizers by the high-ride sound, moving with the lead of the rebellion. Sometimes they have experienced the desire to return to their inner worlds, to their self and to their households, and have performed theoretical actions. In short, the process provides a complex structure both from the point of view of female and male sex. The same situation applies to the country’s women’s history. In our country, women’s movements are sometimes enthusiastic. The writer’s findings are important in order to be able to fundamentate the paradigm shifts both in feminist criticism and in the way Gülten Akın evaluates the female sex.
