Seçilmiş Denim Kumaşta Yıkama Türünün Kumaş Mukavemeti ve Uzaması Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Araştırılması

Abstract:

Çalışmada ağır gramajlı denim kumaşa rinse, enzim ve enzimli taş olmak üzere üç farklı türde yıkama uygulanmıştır. Yıkamalar öncesi ve sonrası kumaş mukavemet ve uzaması ölçülmüş, elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistiksel veri analizi paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre yıkama türünün denim kumaş üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda yıkama işlemlerinin kumaşta muka-vemet kaybına neden olduğu ve en fazla mukavemet kaybının enzimli taş yıkama sonrası oluştuğu gözlenmiştir. Rinse yıkama işleminin kumaş mukavemeti ve uzama yüzdeleri üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı etki yarat-madığı, enzim ve enzimli taş yıkama işlemlerinin ise hem atkı hem de çözgü yönünde uzama değerlerini düşür-düğü gözlemlenmiştir.
