Küreselleşmenin ülke ekonomileri üzerindeki en önemli etkisi, rekabeti uluslararası alana taşımış olmasıdır. Gerek ülkeler gerekse firmalar açısından rekabet gücünü belirleyen temel faktör ise verimlilik artışının kaynağı olan yenilikçi faaliyetlerdir. Günümüzde yenilikler, sürdürülebilir ekonomik büyümenin, rekabet üstünlüğünün ve toplumsal refahın en önemli unsuru olarak kabul edilmektedir. Yeniliğin ekonomik büyüme üzerindeki pozitif etkisi üzerine literatürde birçok ampirik çalışma mevcuttur. Bununla birlikte yeniliğin etkin yönetimi için yeniliğin ölçülmesi önemli bir zorunluluktur. Çünkü yönetim biliminde kural olan ölçemezsen yönetemezsin kalıbı, yenilik ve yenilik yönetimi için de geçerlidir. Özellikle ülkeler açısından yenilik performansının analizi için yeni ölçme yöntemleri üzerine çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada yeniliğin ekonomik büyüme üzerindeki etkisi iktisat kuramları çerçevesinde ele alınmış, genel kabul gören yenilik ölçme yöntemleri incelenmiştir.
The most important impact of globalization on the country’s economies is that it has moved competition to the international scope. The main factor determining competitiveness in terms of countries and companies is the source of increased efficiency in innovative activities. Nowadays, innovation is considered the most important element of sustainable economic growth, competitive superiority and social well-being. There are many empirical studies in literature on the positive impact of innovation on economic growth. However, measurement of innovation is an essential requirement for the effective management of innovation. For if you can’t measure the rule in management science you can’t manage the model, the innovation and the innovation are also applicable to management. In particular, new measurement methods are being studied for the analysis of innovation performance from the country’s point of view. In this study, the impact of innovation on economic growth has been discussed in the framework of economic theories, the general recognized methods of innovation measurement.

In this study, the effect of innovation on economic growth has been handled within the framework of economic theories, and generally accepted innovation measurement methods have been examined.
