Abstract:

Indicators such as country’s health expenditure, health equipment capacity and health resources are the most important criteria affecting health outcomes. Therefore, the study of the similarities of the shares allocated to these criteria for all countries of the world, the classification of countries according to health criteria is a guide to the analysis of the results. The aim of the study is to study the results of the COVID-19 epidemic, which has become one of the most important topics on the global agenda since the last months of 2019. The study assessed the last period health data of 36 OECD and EU member countries, identified similar countries and tried to determine the place of Turkey within these countries. In data analysis, the K-mediates method, which is from aggregation algorithms, was used and values were solved with the WEKA software. K-mediates method analysis results are divided into two, three, and four groups.
