Abstract:

When a construction company prepares an offer for a project in the country and/or abroad, it is necessary to correctly determine the cost pricing and the price it will offer for the offer, taking into account the country conditions, the financial difficulties it may face, the market differences, the problems that may arise during the construction process and the contractual disputes, taking into account the elements such as the country conditions that the project will be implemented, the financial difficulties it may face, the market differences, the problems that may arise during the construction process and the contractual disputes. The construction sector can face many risks that can result in increased costs, project delays and even project failure, and in the continuously developing and globalizing sector, the tender process, taking into account the challenging competitive conditions, must continue to work on cost-minimising the uncertainty. To this goal, first and foremost the ability to correctly analyze the direct costs has become an obligation for the construction firms in today’s conditions. Therefore, construction firms, especially in the carried price international projects, need work on the creation of the tender prices by accurately and effectively digitizing the two-dimensional projects in the tender documents they encounter.
