Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to study the relationship between the life of the staff working in the institutions associated with the Ministry of Justice and the work satisfaction and exhaust. The sample of the study consisted of 272 (53.9 percent) women, 233 (46.1 percent) men and 505 staff. The study used personal information forms, Maslach Extinction Reserve (MTE), Minnesota Business Doyle (MIDO) and Life Doyle Scales (YADO). Relationships between occupational fatigue, occupational fatigue and life fatigue Pearson Correlation test and regression analysis have been applied to determine how employees’ occupational fatigue and occupational fatigue levels affect their lifetime fatigue levels. It has been observed that there is a positive, meaningful relationship between emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction, a negative, meaningful relationship between emotional exhaustion and life satisfaction. It has been studied that there are negative, meaningful relationships between employee insensitivity and personal success; between insensitivity and job satisfaction; between insensitivity and life satisfaction. There have been significant relationships between personal success-work satisfaction and personal success-life satisfaction. It is important to develop policies for increasing the level of life satisfaction of the staff, eliminating stress, ensuring their professional satisfaction.
