Bu çalışmada sağlık kurumlarında çalışan hemşirelerin iş yaşamı kalitesinin sosyal kaytarma davranışı üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Kahramanmaraş ilinde Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde çalışan 224 hemşire üzerinde anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada frekans analizi, t testi, ANOVA testi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, hemşirelerde iş yaşamı kalitesinin sosyal kaytarma algısını istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve negatif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. İş yaşamı kalitesi alt boyutlarından iş algısı alt boyutunun sosyal kaytarma algısını istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve negatif yönde etkilediği saptanmıştır.
In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of worklife quality of nurses working in health institutions on social loafing behavior. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 224 nurses working in Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University Health Practice and Research Hospital in Kahramanmaraş. In this study, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA test, correlation and regression analysis were performed. As a result, it has been determined that the quality of worklife in nurses has a statistically significant and negative effect on the perception of social loafing. It was determined that the job perception sub-dimension, which is one of the sub-dimensions of worklife quality, significantly and negatively affected the perception of social loafing.
