Abstract:

Purpose: Intrusion injuries, defined as the right burial of the tooth into the alveol bone, are a type of luxury injuries, and result in damage to both soft and hard tissues. While this situation makes the treatment approach difficult, the discovery after trauma and after treatment also increases the importance of possible complications. Three different intrusion phenomena we treat in our clinic are presented in the article. The first case describes the diagnosis and late treatment of the patient in a different clinic, while the second case describes the diagnosis and treatment of the cases of permanent dental intrusion, and the third case describes the diagnosis and treatment of the cases of milk female intrusion. The result is that in permanent and milk teeth intrusion injuries the treatment options are different, while each phenomenon is different in its own treatment. Detailed radiographic and clinical assessments should be performed for successful treatment.
