Modernleşme sürecini çok uluslu bir imparatorluktan ulusal/üniter yapıda bir devlete geçişle yaşayan Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nde yapısal sistem dönüşümü tüm alanlarda yeniden yapılanmayı gerektirmiştir. Bu dönüşümü sağlayacak uzman ve girişimci insanlar yetiştirilmesi gereği doğrultusunda hemen her alanda yurtdışına öğrenci gönderimi ve yurtdışından uzman getirme yoluna gidilmiştir. Bu yöntemlerden diğer alanlarda olduğu gibi spor alanında da yararlanılmış, yetişmiş insan gücü eksikliği beden eğitimi ve spor okulu açılıncaya kadar kurslar yoluyla giderilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bunlardan biri de Türk Spor Kurumu tarafından 1938 yılında antrenörlük alanında ilk defa düzenlenen kurstur. Kurs, önce futbol antrenörü yetiştirmek düşüncesi ile tasarlanmış olmasına karşın, diğer spor dallarındaki ihtiyaçlardan dolayı tüm spor dallarında antrenör yetiştirmeye yönelik bir programa dönüştürülmüştür. Bu makalede katılımcılardan başarılı olanların ücretli olarak değişik illere antrenör unvanı ile atandığı, içerik ve yönetim boyutları ile günümüz antrenörlük eğitimlerine örnek oluşturabilecek bir düzeyde gerçekleştirilen spor tarihimizin ilk uzun soluklu ‘resmî’ antrenörlük kursunun, günümüz spor literatürüne sunulması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmada konuya ilişkin çok sayıda belgenin incelenmesini ve çözümlenmesini olanaklı kılan nitel araştırma yaklaşımının bir türü olan doküman incelemesi ve analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
The transformation of the structural system in the Republic of Turkey, which has passed the process of modernization from a multinational empire to a state in a national/unitary structure, requires the reconstruction in all areas. According to the training of specialists and entrepreneurs who will provide this transformation, the way of sending students abroad and bringing specialists from abroad in almost every field has been made. These methods have been used as well as in other fields in the sports field, the adult lack of human power has been tried to be eliminated through courses until body education and the opening of the sports school. One of these was the first course organized by the Turkish Sports Institute in 1938 in the field of training. Although the course was first designed with the idea of training a football coach, it has been transformed into a program aimed at training a coach in all sports because of the needs of other sports. In this article, the successful participants are awarded with the title of coach to different things, the first long-death 'official' training course in our sport history, which is conducted at a level that can be an example of the content and management dimensions and today's training training, is intended to be presented to today's sports literature. The study used the document examination and analysis method, which is a type of quality research approach that allows the study and analysis of numerous documents related to the subject.
The structural system transformation in the Republic of Turkey, experiencing the modernization process through a transition from a multinational empire to a national/unitary state, required restructuring in all areas. In line with the necessity of training of experts and entrepreneurs who would ensure this transformation, students from all over the world were sent to abroad and experts from abroad were brought. These methods were used in sports fields and the lack of qualified manpower were tried to be solved through courses until the physical education and sports school was opened. One of them is the first course organized by the Turkish Sports Association in 1938 in the field of coaching. Although the course was designed with the idea of training coach in football, it was transformed into a program to train coaches in all sports due to the needs in other sports. In this article, it is aimed to present the first long-term formal coaching course of our sports history, which was carried out in such a way that the successful participants were appointed as a coach to different provinces as a waged and that it could serve as a model for today's coaching trainings with the content and management dimensions, to the literature. A document review and analysis method, which is a kind of qualitative research approach that provides the review and analysis of many documents, was used in this study.
