So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Osteoarticular tuberculosis is often characterized by involvement of the spinal canal. Extraspinal peripheral joint involvement is rare. The most commonly affected peripheral joints are the hips and the knee and the involvement is usually monoarticular. Diagnosis of osteoarticular tuberculosis is diffi cult because it can mimic many other bone joint pathologies. Patients are therefore often misdiagnosed with another disease and tuberculosis is diagnosed in an advanced stage. In this article we present a 6.5-year-old male with ankle arthritis symptoms for 4 months. The patient was diagnosed with tuberculous arthritis and osteomyelitis. Tuberculosis is an uncommon cause of monoarthritis. We wanted to emphasize that the differential diagnosis of monoarthritis in children should include tuberculosis
