Başlık:TOPİKAL UYGULAMADA ZEYTİNYAĞININ ETKİNLİĞİ Özet:Zeytin, neredeyse tüm kutsal kitaplarda yer almış, binlerce yıldan beridir var olan, Akdeniz ülkelerinin ve uygarlığının simgesi olmuş bir bitkidir. Zeytin ağacından elde edilenönemli ürün olan zeytinyağının yapısında bulunan bioaktif bileşiklerin; vücut üzerinde antioksidan, antimikrobiyal, antienflamatuar ve antikarsinojenik etkileri vardır. Özellikle topikal olarak uygulandığında meme başındaki çatlakları önlediği, ağrıyı azalttığı, kronik cilt lezyonlarının belirtilerini hafiflettiği, basınç yarası oluşumunu önlediği, ağız kuruluğunu ve transkutanöz sıvı kaybını önleyerek deri hidrasyonunu sağladığı, antioksidan özelliği ile deriyi patojen mikroorganizmalara karşı koruduğu ve yara iyileşmesinde olumlu etkilerinin olduğu belirtilmiştir. Title:The Effect of ZEITINY IN TOPICAL APPLICATION Summary:ZEITIN is a plant that has been listed in almost all holy books, has existed for thousands of years, has been a symbol of the Mediterranean countries and civilization. The bioactive compounds found in the structure of the olive oil, an important product obtained from the olive tree, have antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic effects on the body. It is indicated that when applied topically, it prevents fractures in the chest, reduces the pain, relieves the symptoms of chronic skin damage, prevents the formation of pressure wounds, prevents mouth drying and transcutanous fluid loss, provides skin hydration, protects the skin against pathogenic microorganisms with its antioxidant properties and has positive effects on the healing of the wound.
