İçten yanmalı motorlarda güç bir milden alınmakta ve motor hareketi bu milin açısal hareketi ile tanımlanmaktadır. Bu hareket krank mekanizmalı motorlarda krank açısı adını alırken rhombic mekanizmalı motorlarda dişli açışını ifade etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, buji ile ateşlemeli dört zamanlı tek silindirli bir motor için krank hareket mekanizması ile buna alternatif olabilecek rhombic hareket mekanizmasının termodinamik olarak karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Hem rhombic hem de krank mekanizmasında maksimum silindir basıncı 371o’de elde edilmiştir. Krank mekanizmalı motorda maksimum silindir basıncı 63,1 bar iken rhombic mekanizmalı motorda maksimum silindir basıncının 64,5 bar olduğu görülmektedir. Rhombic mekanizmalı motorda bir çevrimde silindir duvarından kaybedilen ısı miktarı 15,27 J iken bu değer krank mekanizmalı motorda bir çevrim için 13,68 J olarak hesaplanmıştır.
Inner-burning engines are power taken from a mile, and the engine movement is defined by this mile angle movement. This movement means the opening of the teeth in the rhombic mechanical engines while it is called the pathological angle in the sick mechanical engines. In this study, a thermodynamic comparison of the rhombic movement mechanism that could be an alternative to the sick movement mechanism for a four-time single-cylindrical engine to be shot with the buji was made. In both rhombic and sick mechanisms, the maximum cylinder pressure is at 371o. The maximum cylindrical pressure is 63.1 bar, while the maximum cylindrical pressure is 64.5 bar. The amount of heat lost from the silinder wall in a circle in the Rhombic mechanical engine is 15.27 J while this value is calculated as 13.68 J for a circle in the sick mechanical engine.
In internal combustion engines, power is taken from a shaft and motor movement is defined by the angular motion of this shaft. This movement refers to the angle of the gear in rhombic drive mechanism engines while taking the name of the crank angle in crankshaft engines. In this study, thermodynamic comparison was performed in a single cylinder, four-stroke spark ignition engine with crank-drive and alternative rhombic drive mechanisms. Maximum cylinder pressure was obtained at 371º for both rhombic drive and crank mechanism. The maximum cylinder pressure of the crank mechanism is 63.1 bar while the maximum cylinder pressure of the rhombic drive mechanism is 64.5 bar. While in the rhombic drive mechanism engine, the amount of heat lost from the cylinder wall is 15.27 J in one cycle, this value is calculated as 13.68 J with a crank mechanism for a cycle.
