Özet:

The current study aimed to identify the role of school administration in developing creativity among teachers in public schools during the Corona pandemic from the point of view of school teachers in the governorates of Ramallah and Al-Bireh. Ramallah and Al-Bireh and it consisted of (96) male and female teachers, and the study tool was distributed to them, represented by a questionnaire consisting of (21) items. The study concluded that there is a significant role of school administration in developing creativity among teachers in government schools during the Corona pandemic from the point of view of school teachers in the governorates of Ramallah and Al-Bireh. The results of the study also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the average responses of the respondents regarding the role of school administration in developing creativity among teachers in public schools during the Corona pandemic in the governorates of Ramallah and Al-Bireh, according to the variables (specialization, educational qualification, years of experience), and building On the results of the study, the researchers came up with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was that school principals should work on distributing the study burdens on teachers fairly, and the need to organize courses by the principals and work to rehabilitate teachers in developing creativity.
