Çalışma sonucunda depolarda çürüklük belirtisi gösteren soğan örneklerinden yapılan izolasyonlarda Alternaria alternata %5.59, Alternaria porri %6.29, Aspergillus niger %17.48, Aspergillus ochraceous %2.09, Botrytis allii %4.19, Fusarium equiseti %4.89, Fusarium oxysporum %3.49, Fusarium solani %7.69, Fusarium verticilloides %13.28, Gliocladium roseum %4.89, Paecilomyces sp. %1.39 ve Penicillium spp. %30.06 oranında elde edilmiştir. Etmenlerin patojenisiteleri yumruların boyun kısımlarından yapılan yaralama yerlerine inokülasyon yapılarak araştırılmış ve yumruda meydana getirdikleri % hastalık oranlarına göre sırasıyla B. allii, F. equiseti, F. solani, F. oxysporum, F. verticilloides, Penicillium spp., A. niger, A. ochraceous, Alternaria spp. etmenlerinin patojen oldukları belirlenmiştir.
In Ankara, 21% of the Turkish seed production is produced, and a large part of this production is produced and stored in Polatlı. Fungal pathogens cause significant product losses both in the field and in the warehouse in the flourry. In this study conducted between 2014-2015 years in Polatlı district with a capacity of over 200 tons in 5 warehouses, samples were made to determine the output rates and pathogenicities of fungal agents that cause storage crude in soaps. The study resulted in insulations made from ointment samples showing shortage in warehouses, Alternaria alternata 5.59, Alternaria porri 6.29, Aspergillus niger 17.48, Aspergillus ochraceous 2.09, Botrytis allii 4.19, Fusarium equiseti 4.89, Fusarium oxysporum 3. 49, Fusarium solani %7.69, Fusarium verticilloides %13.28, Gliocladium roseum %4.89, Paecilomyces sp. 1.39% and Penicillium spp. It was achieved at 30.06%. The pathogenicities of the agents were studied by inoculating to the wound places made from the neck parts of the ulcers and according to the percent of the disease they occur in the ulcers according to B. allii, F. equiseti, F. solani, F. oxysporum, F. verticilloides, Penicillium spp., A. niger, A. ochraceous, Alternaria spp. They are identified as pathogens.
