Pregnant women between 6 and 40 weeks of gestation were included in the questionnaire. Obstetric ultrasonography performed at the outpatient clinic was used as the gestational week. Pregnant women who applied to the outpatient clinic because of pain (in labor) were not included in the questionnaire. The answers given according to the demographic characteristics of the survey participants were evaluated and the reasons underlying the attitudes of the pregnant women about the way of birth were tried to be revealed. Conclusion: Health staff and family physicians play an important role in determining the way of delivery for the best benefit of the mother and the baby, and reducing unnecessary courageous procedures.
