While investigating the etiology of a neck mass of 48-year old female patient, a micro nodule suspicious for papillary carcinoma was determined in the thyroid gland. As a result of surgery (total thyroidectomy plus modified radical neck dissection) thyroid pathology was reported as papillary thyroid micro carcinoma and the neck mass was reported as Castleman disease. In this presentation we presented and discussed that, two different pathologies may be seen at the same time in a patient admitting with a neck mass.
