Çocukluk Çağı Akciğer Tüberkülozunda Bilgisayarlı Tomografi Bulguları

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmada çocukluk çağı akciğer tüberkülozunda, BT incelemesi ile en sık görülen radyolojik bulguların ve sıklığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi’ne Ocak 2012-Haziran 2012 tarihleri arasında ateş, öksürük, kilo kaybı, istahsızlık yakınmaları ile başvuran 145 hasta retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Klinik, laboratuvar ve radyolojik değerlendirme sonucu tüberküloz tanısı alan 48 hasta (23 kız, 25 erkek, 1-17 yas aralığında) çalışmaya dâhil edildi. BT incelemesinde saptanan nodal, parankimal, hava yolu ve plevral bulgular dağılımlarına göre belirlendi. Bulgular: Kırk sekiz hastanın 37’sinde (% 77) parankimal konsolidasyon, 10’unda (% 20.8) kaviter lezyon, 4’ünde (% 8.3) milier yayılım, 6’sında (% 12.5) tomurcuklu dal görünümü, 2’sinde (% 4,16) nodüler dansite artımları saptandı. Bir hastada (% 2.08) bronşektazi, 4 hastada (% 8.3) plevral kalınlaşma, 6 hastada (% 12.5) plevral efüzyon mevcuttu. 48 hastanın 21’inde (% 43.75) mediastinal ve hileer lenf nodları saptandı. Sonuç: Çocukluk çağı tüberkülozunun radyolojik bulguları oldukça geniş kapsamlıdır. Tüberkülozun erken tanısı ve etkin tedavisinde diğer radyolojik yöntemlere göre BT incelemesi oldukça spesifiktir.

Purpose: This study is aimed at determining the most common radiological findings and frequency in childhood lung tuberculosis, with the IT examination. Tools and Methods: The Law of Sultan Suleyman Education Research Hospital was considered retrospective for 145 patients with fever, cough, weight loss, discomfort approaches between January 2012 and June 2012. 48 patients diagnosed with tuberculosis were included in the study as a result of clinical, laboratory and radiological assessments (23 girls, 25 men, 1-17 anger). The nodal, parankimal, airway and pleural findings identified in the BT study were determined according to the distribution. Results: in 48 patients 37 (% 77) parankimal consolidation, in 10 (% 20.8) cavity injury, in 4 (% 8.3) milier spread, in 6 (% 12). 5) the appearance of the rubber branch, in 2 (4.16%) nodular dancite increases were detected. In one patient (% 2.08) bronchectasis, in 4 patients (% 8.3) pleural thickness, in 6 patients (% 12.5) pleural fusion was present. In 21 of 48 patients (43.75) mediastinal and hilear lymph nodes were detected. Result: Radiological findings of childhood tuberculosis are quite widespread. In early diagnosis and effective treatment of tuberculosis, according to other radiological methods, the BT examination is quite specific.
