Abstract:

Bu çalışmada eğitim yönetiminde farklılıkların yönetimi konusu ele alınmıştır. Toplumun her kesiminde karşılaştığımız, birlikte çalıştığımız bireyler her açıdan birbirinden farklılıklar göstermektedir. İnsan ve insan gücü yönetimi son zamanlarda daha çok önem kazanmakta ve bu alanda uzmanlaşmak da birçok iş yerinin önceliği haline gelmektedir.  Bu açıdan farklılıkların yönetimi, tüm örgütler için bilhassa eğitim örgütlerinde, farklılıkların tanınması ve onlara gerekli önemin verilip doğru yönetilmesi ve böylece maksimum verim alınabilmesi için önemli olduğu gerçeği ile karşı karşıya kalınmaktadır. Hatta Örgütlerde çalışan insanlar farklılıkları ile önem kazanmaya başlamışlar ve örgütler de bu farklılıkları görüp geliştirdikleri yeni bir yönetim anlayışı ile çalışanlarının en verimli yönlerini ortaya çıkarmaya ve üst düzey bir verim almaya çalışmışlardır. Örgütlerin bu yönetim anlayışıyla ilgili eğitimlerin düzenlenmesi, çalışanlarına ve özellikle de yöneticilerine bu konuda hizmetiçi eğitimleri aldırması kaçınılmazdır.

Abstract:

This study discussed the management of differences in education management. The individuals we encounter in each section of society, we work together, are different from each other in every way. Human and human power management has gained greater importance in recent times and specialization in this field has become the priority of many workplaces.  In this regard, the management of differences is faced with the fact that it is important for all organizations, in particular in educational organizations, to recognize differences and to give them the necessary importance and proper management and thus to maximum efficiency. Even the people who work in organizations have begun to gain importance with their differences, and the organizations have also seen and developed these differences with a new management concept to reveal the most efficient aspects of their employees and to obtain a high level of efficiency. It is inevitable that the organizations organize training on this understanding of management, and their employees, and in particular their managers, take care of service training in this regard.

In fact, people working in organizations have started to gain importance with their differences, and organizations have tried to reveal the most productive aspects of their employees and get a high level of efficiency with a new management approach that they have seen these differences and developed training is inevitable.
