So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Introduction and Purpose: Our study aims to assess the laboratory parameters and zinc concentrations of Henoch-Schönlein purple patients, as well as the relationship of these parameters with the disease forecast. Method and Requirements: For this prospective case-control study, we recorded the information of the patients with Henoch-Schönlein purpura who appeared to our Department of Child Nefrology between December 2015-January 2018. The active Henoch-Schönlein purpura diagnosed, the remission and control group of patients were given to assess the number of white blood cells, the average volume of thrombocytes, C-reactive protein, erythrosite sedimentation rate and serum zinc concentrations. We also compare these parameters between patients with and not with organ retention. 49 of the patients diagnosed with active Henoch-Schönlein purpura were male and 35 were angry. 37 of these patients were re-evaluated in the period of remission. The average age of the patient group was 8.4 ± 3.7 years. The number of white blood cells, C-reactive protein and erythrosite sedimentation rates were significantly higher than the control and remission group in the active disease group (p<0.001). There was no significant difference in the concentrations of zinc between the patient, control and remission group. However, when compared with patients with and without organ retention in the active group of disease, there was no significant difference in terms of zinc and other laboratory parameters. RELATED AND RESULTATED: Our findings suggest that providing zinc support to active Henoch-Schönlein purple patients will not be meaningful in terms of the disease's forecast. However, more work is needed to determine whether zinc support therapy is necessary.
