3-6 YAŞ GRUBU ÇOCUĞA SAHİP ANNELERİN ÇOCUK HAKLARINA İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİ

Abstract:

Araştırmada 3-6 yaş grubu çocuğa sahip annelerin çocuk haklarına ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma Bilecik il merkezinde yaşayan ve 3-6 yaş grubu çocuğa sahip 12 anne ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen çalışmada veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, katılımcıların çoğunlukla çocuk haklarını; çocukların güvenli yaşamasını sağlayan haklar ve çocukların istek ve görüşlerini dile getirebilme özgürlüğü olarak tanımladıkları görülmüştür. Araştırmaya katılan annelerin çocuk haklarını en çok koruma kelimesiyle ilişkilendirdikleri, çocukların sahip olması gereken haklara ilişkin en çok ifade ettikleri hakkın sevme ve sevilme hakkı olduğu, daha çok sosyal medya aracılığı ile çocuk haklarına yönelik bilgi edindikleri, çocuklarına çoğunlukla tanımakta oldukları hakkın ifade özgürlüğü hakkı olduğu, anneler tarafından en önemli görülen hakkın sevme sevilme hakkı olduğu, çocuklarının haklarının ihlal edildiği durumlarda çocuklarının kendi haklarını kendilerinin korumasını sağlamaya çalıştıkları görülmüştür.

Abstract:

The study was aimed at examining the opinions of mothers with children aged 3-6 years on the rights of children. The study was carried out with 12 mothers living in the Bilecik province center and having a child group of 3-6 years. In the study conducted using the quality research method, the data was collected with a semi-configured interview form developed by the researchers. In the analysis of the data collected, the content analysis method was used. The study found that the participants often described the rights of the child as the rights of the children to live safely and the freedom of children to express their wishes and opinions. The study found that the mothers associated the rights of the child with the most protection word, that the right they most express about the rights that the children should have is the right to love and be loved, that more information about the rights of the child is obtained through social media, that the right they mostly recognize to their children is the right to freedom of expression, that the right the most important is the right to be loved by the mothers, that they try to ensure that their children protect their own rights in cases where their rights are violated.

Content analysis method was used to analyze the collected data. As a result of the research, it was seen that the participants mostly define children's rights as the rights that ensure the safe living of children and the freedom to express their wishes and opinions.It was observed that the mothers participating in the research mostly associated children's rights with the word protection, the most expressed right of children about the rights they should have was the right to love and be loved, they mostly got information about the rights of children through social media, the right that they often gave their children was the right to freedom of expression, the most important right seen by mothers was the right to love and to love, in cases where the rights of their children were violated, they tried to ensure that their children protected their own rights.
