The issue where the concept of equality is emphasized the most and discrimination is made the most, 'gender inequality' stems from the perception of the society towards women and men. In a society where individuals are handled with their feminine and masculine characteristics, it is not possible for business life to be free from discrimination. So much so that "gender-based occupational discrimination" has enabled the separation of jobs as women's jobs and men's jobs. Beyond this, women are hardly ever held in managerial positions. Invisible, artificial barriers created by organizational prejudices and patterns that prevent women from reaching senior management positions are defined with the concept of "Glass Ceiling". Women often progress to the middle levels in their business lives, and the problems in glass ceiling syndrome are uncertain. It is stated that apart from the glass ceiling syndrome, which prevents women from rising vertically in their business lives, it also puts obstacles in front of their fellow women to advance. These attitudes of successful women in executive positions towards their fellows are defined as "Queen Bee Syndrome". It is suggested that women in queen bee syndrome should work as much on other women like themselves, showing the negative effects of all the discrimination against women and the difficulties they experience. In women's business life; These obstacles imposed by the society, male employees, both their gender and themselves, make it difficult and unbearable to cling to business life.
