There are many factors that are decisive in the formation of the idea of leaving the job of the employees and the realization of this thought. These factors may be related to the work environment as well as to the employee's own characteristics. In this context, in this study, the effect of organizational cynicism on turnover intention was examined with the assumption that it will have a decisive effect on the formation of turnover intention. Organizational cynicism is discussed under three dimensions as cognitive, emotional and behavioral cynicism. The study was carried out within the scope of the employees of 45 tourism management certificated mansion hotels in Safranbolu district, according to the data of Safranbolu tourism information office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. A total of 200 hotel employees, 86 women and 114 men participated the study. Within the scope of the research, the data were obtained by questionnaire technique. Data analysis was done with SPSS 25 package programs. In order to analyze the data, "explanatory factor analysis", "correlation analysis" and "regression analysis" were performed. The research findings showed that the organizational cynicism perceptions of the employees participating the research played a significant and positive role on the turnover intention. On the other hand, it was found that employees' intention to quit their job increased as the cognitive, emotional and behavioral cynicism perceptions of the participants increased.
