Abstract:

Siberia has been home to many Turkish peoples for thousands of years. Hakas and Kyrgyz Turks, among the Turkish peoples located in southern Siberia, are among the oldest owners of this geography with their rich and rooted cultures. Hakas and the language of the Kyrgyz have developed in the oral culture apartment for many years, their first examples in contemporary manada XX. in the century. The first research on the Hakas and Kyrgyz language began in the 18th century by the Russians and the Westerns. In particular, the work of the Russians to occupy the region can be considered a milate for the Hakas and the Kyrgyz people in terms of the language and culture of the local people. There are many legendary and scientific opinions about the ethymology of the name Hakas and Kyrgyz. But we will discuss the linguistic aspects of this issue that are covered with historical realities in the Hakas and Kyrgyz interest points. If we briefly refer to the ethymology, the name of Kyrgyz is added to the number of 'kyrk' by adding a multiple attachment; 'kyrk' and 'cüz' in the form of 'kyrk' (kyrk uruu) from the word 'kyrk' (kyrk uruu) from the words 'kyrk' or 'kyrk' living in ancient Turkish; 'kyrk' or 'kyrk' from the combination of the names 'kyrk' or 'kyrk' or 'kyrk' from the descendants of 'kyrk' or 'kyrk' from the descendants of 'kyrk' or 'kyrk' from the descendants of 'kyrk' or 'kyrk' from the descendants of 'kyrk' or 'kyrk' formed in forms.
