Abstract:

Necmuddîn ibn-i Sivâr b. Israel is an Arab poet who lived in Dimeşk in the thirteen century. One of the most important issues that attract attention in his divinity is the divine love/el-hubbu’l-ilahi position. In this study, we will explore how Ibn-i Sivâr addressed the divine love in his poems. In the development of the religious and worldwide perspective of Ibn Sivâr, the teachers of Ali al-Harîrî and Sûreverdiye Tarikatı's founder, Omer es-Sûreverdi, play an important role. From a very young age the poet began to write poems, in his early periods he wrote poems on different subjects such as methye, mercy, and with his influence from sufi poets such as Ibn Arabî and Ibn’l-Fârid, he began to take more tasavvufi poems. The Arabic religion is influenced by the Islamic religion. His kind of poems have been favored by some critics, and some others have approached tasavvufa carefully and have been criticized negatively. If it is necessary to categorize Ibn Sivâr as a poet, it is possible to include him in a group of sufi poets. So it is important to know a set of tasavvufi information to better understand his poems. He escaped from things like hiciv, pride, insult, joke and punishment with himself. Lyrics expressed their infinite love for the creator in their poems in a literary style. While trying to tell the divine love, he often took advantage of the symbols and the suffering of the gazel kind. In his poems, it is essential to look at man, the thing, the universe, not with hatred, but with love and conversation. For according to him, the universe reflects the absolute beauty of the creator as a mirror. In many of his poems of praise, love, illustration, as in the poetry of his time, he used mostly the bedical art.
