So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Method and Requirements: This identifying type of research was conducted with 177 nurses working in a university hospital. In the collection of data, the sociodemographic question form was used, "Ethical Leadership Scale and Organizational Justice Perception Scale". The data was evaluated by frequency-percent, arithmetic average and standard deviation, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal Wallis-H test, and Spearman Correlation analysis. Results: The ethical leadership scale and the organizational justice perception scale of responsible nurses have been found to have an average score significantly higher compared to clinical nurses (p<0,05). There was a statistically meaningful medium positive relationship between the average scores that nurses received from both scales (r=0,645, p<0,05). The study found that nurses and their managers found their ethical leadership behaviors at a medium level and that nurses’ organizational justice perceptions were at a medium level.
