Abstract:

Soft power is the most common type of power used by states in the world.Like many states, soft power for China has been seen as an important strategy in foreign policy. Especially China’s strategy, has had an important place in its relations with African countries. So China has tried to use soft power resources effectively in its relations with African countries. In connection with this, China has made significant achievements with positive perception in Africa. These achievements are directly related to the rapid rise of China today. In particular, the raw materials and energy sources China has acquired from these continental countries have always been a vital priority for China. China continues to use soft power in this continent in order to maintain these resources and create a ‘positive China’ perception throughout the world. The study will examine in detail how China used its soft power resources in this continent and will try to show China’s soft power in Africa
