Altı asırdan daha uzun bir süre varlığını devam ettiren Osmanlı İmparatorluğu, yönetim sisteminden askeri sisteme hukuk sisteminden eğitim sistemine ve esnaf sisteminden sağlık sistemine kadar geniş bir alandaki muazzam bir medeniyete sahipti. Bu medeniyetin temel taşlarının analiz edilmesi, sosyal, ekonomik, siyasal, hukuki, askeri ve daha birçok alanda gelişmenin sağlanması açısından çok büyük bir önem taşımaktadır. Bu noktadan hareketle bu çalışmanın temelindeki oyun teorik model, özellikle de Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun son dönemleriyle ilgili bir değerlendirmeye odaklanmaktadır. Tağşiş uygulamasının azaltılmasıyla isyanların bastırılmasında ne kadarlık bir sürdürülebilir bir faydanın sağlanacağı araştırılmaktadır. Sonuçlar, böyle bir faydanın sürdürülemez bir niteliğe sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.
The Ottoman Empire, which continued its existence for more than six centuries, had an enormous civilization in a broad sphere, from the system of governance to the military system, from the law system to the education system and from the trade system to the health system. The analysis of the core stones of this civilization is of great importance for ensuring development in social, economic, political, legal, military and many other areas. From this point of view, the game based on this study focuses on an assessment of the theoretical model, especially the last periods of the Ottoman Empire. It is understood how much sustainable benefit will be provided in the oppression of rebels by reducing the use of strawberries. The results indicate that such a benefit has an unstable character.
