Safahat is one of the most read books in Turkish literature. There are various reasons for his interest. The fact that the book belongs to Mehmet Akif, who has painted the Istiklal Marşı, the fact that Akif is one of the important names of the Turkish literature in the last period, the great intensity of Safahat, the inclination of the problems of the Turkish society and the fact that it has not lost its up-to-date for a century. It can also be written in a simple, comprehensible language for these reasons. The style of writing that is not far from the people’s language has made it possible to make an acute and mindful work appear. The vices that give Safahat a lot of reading, fluency and durability in mind are remarkable. A significant issue, a particular principle, the poet’s perspective, the veis myrras, one of the most interesting characteristics of Safahat, has been the one. In this study, we will focus on some vecis expressions in Safahat. Thus, Safahat's speech size is intended to be a different light. In Safahat, the intensity of the meaning encounters the beauty of speech and the number of substantial expressions that look like a single formula is quite large. To deal with all of this, it exceeds the scope of a limited work. Therefore, by holding the nature of choosing under certain subjects, the meaning of the vecis expressions in the book will be addressed and will be focused on what messages it has presented to this day. The study reaches the conclusion that the veiz expressions in the work, that the reader is thinking about the subject, that the crowds are able to return to the work, and that the subject processed gives the expression "Akifçe".

Safahat is one of the most read books of Turkish literature. There are several reasons for the interest shown to him. Some of the reasons are that the book belongs to Mehmet Âkif, who wrote the National Anthem, that Âkif is one of the most important names in the recent Turkish literature, Safahat's content density, Turkish society has been addressing its problems and has not lost its currentness for a century. The writing of the work in a plain, comprehensible language in general can be added to these reasons. The style of writing, which is not far from the folk language, has led to the emergence of a fluent and memorable work of Âkif's unique style. The terse statements that provide the reading, fluency and catchyness of Safahat are remarkable. Sumptuous lines that summarize an important issue, a certain principle, the poet's perspective have been one of the most interesting features of Safahat. This study will focus on some terse statements in Safahat. Thus, it is aimed to shed a different light on Safahat's utterance dimension once again. In Safahat, the number of concise expressions in which the intensity in the meaning meets the beauty of speech and almost resembles a formula is quite high. Addressing all of these goes beyond the scope of a limited study. Therefore, the meaning dimension of the terse statements in the book will be discussed by selecting them under certain topics and will focus on what messages he has presented to today. The study concludes that aphorism expressions in the work make the reader think about the subject, make the masses return to the work and give the expression “in the manner of Âkif”.
