Bunlar arasında - armoni, ton, diyatonik, melodi, ağıt (ode), ritim, metre, arsis, bas, diyez, hemiola, kanon, marş, homofoni, troparion, psalm, sistem, teknik, triton, tetrakord, iambik, mod isimleri (Dorian, Frig, Lidya vb.).
Ancient Greek music theory forms the foundation of the musicology of Europe, the West and largely the world. Most, including the basic concepts and terms used by music science, were borrowed directly from the ancient Greek music teaching. Among these are - harmony, tone, diatonic, melodi, net (ode), rhythm, meter, arsis, bas, diates, hemiola, canon, marsh, homofoni, troparion, psalm, system, technique, triton, tetrakord, iambik, mod names (Dorian, Frig, Lydia, etc.). Even the words themselves - music, theory, are also of Greek origin. The conceptual arrangement of science, the musical-theoretical thinking methods are translated directly from Greeks to Western music theory. We can say that the structure of the Greek music theory is somewhat preserved in the West. The concept of harmony applies not only in music, but also as the most important science in art as a whole. The concept of harmony from the times of the Pisagorks always appears in many philosophical doctrines. As a category, harmony implies the strengths of fixation, unification, and bonding, as things can and can develop in general. In this sense, the explanation of the ancient Pisagor philosophy is true that the world will collapse without harmony.
