Poli-Fital-Amid (PPA) Polimerinin Tribolojik Özelliklerine Karbon Fiber Ve Kayma Hızı’nın Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Bu deneysel çalışmada, katkısız poli-fital-amid (PPA) polimeri ile %30 karbon fiber takviyeli poli-fital-amid (PPA+30%CF) kompozitin, kuru kayma şartları altında paslanmaz çelik disk malzemeye karşı tribolojik performansları araştırılmıştır. Karbon fiber takviyeli kompozit malzeme üretimi endüstriyel tip çift vidalı ekstruder kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiş olup, aşınma test numuneleri de geleneksel enjeksiyon makinesi kullanılarak kalıplanmıştır. Aşınma testleri 40N yük altında 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 ve 4.0 m/s gibi yüksek kayma hızlarında pim-disk aşınma cihazında, oda sıcaklığında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Aşınma test sonuçlarına göre, %30 karbon fiber takviyeli poli-fital-amid kompozitin spesifik aşınma oranı 10-13 m2/N  iken katkısız poli-fital-amidin aşınma oranı ise 10-12 m2/N olarak elde edilmiştir.  Karbon fiber takviyeli poli-fital-amid kompozitin sürtünme katsayısı katkısız poli-fital-amide göre daha düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Karbon fiber takviyeli poli-fital-amid kompozitin kırılma yüzey incelemeleri taramalı elektron mikroskobu kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Deneylerde kullanılan PPA polimer ve PPA+30%CF kompozit malzemelerin aşınma yüzeylerinin mikroyapıları optik mikroskop kullanılarak incelenmiştir.

In this experimental study, the tribolological performance of poly-fital-amid (PPA) polymer with 30% carbon fiber supplement poly-fital-amid (PPA+30%CF) composite, against stainless steel disc material under dry sliding conditions was studied. The production of carbon fiber supplementary composite material was carried out using the industrial type of double wire extruder, and the stretching test samples were also modeled using the traditional injection machine. Switching tests were carried out at room temperature at high switches such as 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 m/s under 40N load. According to the scratching test results, the specific scratching rate of the poly-fital-amid composite with 30% carbon fiber supplement is 10-13 m2/N while the non-contributed poly-fital-amid scratching rate is 10-12 m2/N.  The carbon fiber supplement poly-fital-amid composite has been found to have a lower rate of drilling than the non-contributed poly-fital-amid. Carbon fiber supplement poly-fital-amid composite breakdown surface examinations are made using an electron microscope scaned. The PPA polymers and PPA+30%CF composite materials used in experiments have been studied using an optical microscope.
