Morel-Lavallee Sendromu (MLS), subkutan dokunun altta yatan fasyadan künt bir travmayla ayrıldığı (kapalı degloving), oldukça nadir görülen yumuşak bir doku görülmektedir. Erken tanı durumunda konservatif tedavi yöntemleri yoluyla iyileşme sağlanırken, tanı koymada gecikme durumunda, efüzyon enfekte olmakta, geniş bir cilt nekrozuna yol açarak morbiditeyi artırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sağ uyluk lateral, trokanterik, ve lumbosakral bölgelerde geniş ve cilt nekrozu ile seyreden MLS Lezyonu olgusu ortaya konulmaktadır.
Morel-Lavallee syndrome (MLS) is a very rare soft tissue, where the subcutaneous tissue is separated from the underlying phase with a condom trauma (covered degloving). In early diagnosis, healing is provided through conservative therapy methods, in case of delay in diagnosis, the fusion is infected, increasing morbidity, leading to a wide skin necrosis. This study reveals the phenomenon of MLS in the lateral, trocanteric, and lumbosacral areas of the right edge and is seen with necrose of the skin.
