Amaç – İşgörenlerin dolayısıyla örgütlerin verimliliği ve başarısı için hem kâr amacı güden örgütlerde hem de kâr amacı gütmeyen dernek, vakıf veya federasyon gibi örgütlerde tükenmişlik ve örgütsel bağlılık önemli konulardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı spor federasyonlarına bağlı olarak çalışan hakemlerin tükenmişlik ve örgütsel bağlılık durumlarını ve demografik özelliklere göre durumun değişip değişmediğini, ayrıca tükenmişlik ve örgütsel bağlılığı oluşturan faktörler arası ilişkiyi incelemektir. Yöntem – Bu amaçla 2017-2018 sezonunda Türkiye Yüzme Federasyonu’na bağlı bulunan 2136 yüzme hakemine yönelik bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Google anket formu ile 522 hakemden yanıt alınmıştır. Nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada tükenmişlik durumunun belirlenmesinde Kopenhag Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ve örgütsel bağlılık durumunun belirlenmesinde ise Allen Meyer (1990)’in Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler istatistiksel bir program ile analiz edilmiştir. Ortalama değerlere bakılmış, fark analizlerinden T-test ve ANOVA analizleri ile faktör ve korelasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Bulgular – Elde edilen bulgular yüzme hakemlerinin tükenmişlik düzeylerinin düşük olduğunu göstermektedir. Alan yazındaki birçok çalışmaya benzer olarak hakemlerin tükenmişlik ve örgütsel bağlılık durumları arasında anlamlı ve negatif yönde bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Yüzme hakemliği hobi ya da yan iş olarak kabul edilmekle birlikte, bulgular bu alanda da tükenmişliğin örgütsel bağlılığı etkilediğini göstermiştir. Ayrıca hakemlerin duygusal ve normatif bağlılıklarının yüksek düzeyde, devam bağlılıklarının ise düşük düzeyde olduğu belirtilebilir. Tartışma – Hakemlik Türkiye'deki futbol ve basketbol dışındaki spor dallarında sürekli bir iş veya meslek olarak görülmemektedir. Bu nedenle hakemler her zaman kalıcı bir iş aramaya ya da para kazanma ve sosyal güvenceye sahip olmaya çalışmaktadır. Hakemlerin genel olarak tükenmişlik ortalamaları yüksek olmasa da nitelikleri arttıkça tükenmişlik düzeyinin de arttığı görülmektedir. Buradan yola çıkarak hakemlik görevinin en iyi şekilde yapılabilmesinde nitelikli insan gücüne sahip olmak için tükenmişlik düzeyini artıran unsurları belirleyip bunları en aza indirmenin önemli olduğu öne sürülebilir.
Purpose - For the effectiveness and success of employers, both profit-driven organizations and non-profit organizations such as associations, foundation or federation are important issues of exhaust and organizational commitment. The aim of this study is to examine the exhaust and organizational liability of the judges who work depending on sports federations and the demographic characteristics of the situation, as well as the relationship between the factors that form exhaust and organizational liability. Method - For this purpose, a study was carried out on 2136 swimming judges who are affiliated with the Turkish Swimming Federation in the 2017-2018 season. The Google survey form has received 522 answers from judges. Nicel research method is used. In the study to determine the extinction status, the Copenhagen Extinction Scale and the status of organizational commitment were used by Allen Meyer (1990) Organizational commitment scale. The data is analyzed by a statistical program. Based on average values, differential analysis has been done with T-test and ANOVA analysis and factor and correlation analysis. The findings - The findings obtained indicate that swimming judges have low levels of extinction. Similar to many studies in the field paper, there has been a meaningful and negative relationship between the exhaust of judges and the organizational commitment situations. Although swimming arbitration is considered a hobby or side-work, findings have shown that exhaust also affects the organizational commitment in this area. It can also be stated that the judges’ emotional and normative commitments are high, while their continued commitments are low. Debate - Judgment is not seen as a constant job or profession in sports outside of football and basketball in Turkey. Therefore, judges are always trying to seek a permanent job or to earn money and have social security. Although the average exhaust rates of the judges are not high, the level of exhaust rates are also increased as their qualifications increase. From here, it can be suggested that it is important to determine the elements that increase the level of exhaust in order to have qualified human power in the best way that the task of judgment can be performed and to minimize them.
