Acute isolated neurological syndrome is the most common symptom in multiple sclerosis but can also be the only feature or first manifestation in antiphospholipid syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus and neuro-Behçet’s disease. Patients with demyelinating features may be given the false label of multiple sclerosis. Neuro-Behçet’s disease is an inflammatory disorder where the magnetic resonance imaging findings and clinical course may mimic multiple sclerosis. Here we present a 13 year-old girl with neuro-Behçet’s disease in terms of rarity and review of the differential diagnosis of demyelinating features
