Kur’an tercümeleri, İslam’ın tüm insanlığın dini olması hasebiyle Arap olmayan toplumların İslam’la tanışması sonucu meydana gelmiş bir ihtiyacın neticesidir. Bu sebeple tarih boyunca Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’in anlaşılması için çeşitli dillerde tercümeler yapılmıştır. Bununla birlikte İslam dinine yeni giren ve Arap olmayan Müslümanların ibadetlerini hangi dilde yapacakları da tartışma konusu olmuştur. Zira bir insan Müslüman olur olmaz ibadet etmekle yükümlüdür. Bu sebeple bu konuda fıkhî mülahazalar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu mülahazalarda dinin iki ana esası olan Kur’ân-ı Kerîm ve Hadis’ten deliller getirilmiştir. Bu konuda delil olarak kullanılan rivayetlerin sıhhati ise merak konusudur. Bu çalışmada yüksek lisans tezimizde[1] de değinilen Kur’an tercümesi ile namazda kıraat konusunda fıkhî mezheplerin delil olarak kullandığı rivayetler incelenmiştir. Buna göre Kur’ân’ın tercümesi ile namazda kıraatin mümkün olacağını savunan Ebû Hanîfe’nin delil olarak kullandığı rivayetlerin sıhhatinin yeterli olmadığı ve delil olarak uygun seviyede olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Kur’ân tercümesi ile kıraat yerine sadece tesbihatla kıraatin sure veya ayet ezberleninceye kadar yeterli olduğunu savunan mezheplerin görüşlerinin uygun olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The translations of the Qur’an are the result of the need that arose as a result of the non-Arabic communities to meet Islam as a religion of all humanity. Therefore, the Qur’an has been translated in various languages throughout the history to understand the Qur’an. It is also a question of which language the Muslims who entered the Islamic religion and not Arabic will perform their worship. A Muslim is not a Muslim, but a Muslim is a Muslim. Therefore, there have been a lot of discourse in this matter. There are two verses in the Qur’an: the Qur’an and the Qur’an. The evidence used in this case is curious.
