Abstract:

Each organization has its own management style, working environment, values, goals and objectives, mission and vision, that is, personality. Just as each organization has its own personality, it also has its own unique climate. In this context, organizational climate is the name given to all of the time-resistant characteristics that distinguish an organization from other organizations, affect the behavior of employees positively and negatively and dominate the organization. Individual creativity, on the other hand, is the ability of individuals with creative ideas to strive to achieve the same goal with different and different goals, to work in coordination with other individuals as a group, to think flexibly about experiencing different cultures, to be motivated to examine unusual situations and tasks, intelligent, ambitious, self. They are high-self, innovative and curious individuals. In this context, the main theme of this study is organizational climate and individual creativity. In the study, it was aimed to reveal whether there is a meaningful relationship between 11 dimensions of organizational climate and 3 dimensions of individual creativity and a field study was conducted with 354 public employees. In the research using the survey method, it was concluded that organizational climate has a significant relationship on individual creativity.
