Etik, günümüz koşullarında tüm iş alanlarında ortaya çıkan ve globalleşen dünyada da gerçek anlamda sorunlara yol açan bir kavramdır. Bu kavramın gerekliliği ve işlevselliği temel bir ihtiyaç haline gelmiştir. Diğer sektörlerde olduğu gibi bankacılık alanında da tüm çalışanlar arasında kurulacak manevi ve profesyonel bağın özünde etik anlayış yatmaktadır. Etik, ast – üst ilişkisinde tüm motivasyon araçlarının lideri konumundadır. Bu nedenle iş tatminini pozitif ya da negatif yönde etkileyen önemli bir kavram olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Tezin ikinci bölümünde literatüre yer verilmiş olup üçüncü bölümde ise araştırmanın felsefi yönüne dikkat çekilmiştir. Dördüncü ve son bölümde ise yapılan anket çalışmasının analizi tanıtılmıştır. Ardından tezin çıkarımları yapılarak sonuç ve öneri bölümüne geçilmiştir.
Ethics is a concept that emerges in all areas of business in today’s conditions and in the globalized world also leads to real problems. The necessity and functionality of this concept has become a fundamental need. As in other sectors, ethical understanding lies in the essence of the spiritual and professional connection that will be established between all employees in the banking field. Ethics is the leader of all the motivation tools in the upper relationship. Therefore, it has been revealed that it is an important concept that affects business satisfaction in a positive or negative direction. In the second part of the thesis, literature was included, and in the third part, the philosophical aspect of the research was attracted. In the fourth and last section, the analysis of the survey was presented. After that, the conclusions of the thesis were made and the results and suggestions were passed to the section.
