This paper discusses theoretical and methodological issues of pedagogical therapy in the context of the practice of social rehabilitation education and presents recommendations for the implementation of those therapeutic techniques, which, based on the model of social maladjustment, are conducive to the fulfilment of functions and tasks of social rehabilitation education.
