Yeni korona virüs sadece sağlığı değil hayatın tüm süreçlerini etkisi altına almıştır. Yeni korona virüs ile gelen salgın sürecinde başta kişisel olmak üzere, örgütsel ve toplumsal olarak birden çok düzeyde dünyanın her yanında benzersiz durumlar yaşanmaktadır. Salgın sürecinde çok sayıda işletme ve kuruluşun operasyonel ve ekonomik zorlukları yönetmek için değişiklikler yapmak zorunda kalmışlardır. Bu araştırmanın amacı ülkemizde örgütsel hayatta yeni salgın döneminde dilimize yerleşen kavramların ve örgütsel davranış değişikliklerinin bilimsel literatürdeki tanımlarını derlemek ve bu bağlamda işletmelerde sosyal nasıl bir kültür oluştuğunu araştırmaktır. Çalışmanın bulguları dağınık halde bulunan bilgileri derleyerek literatüre katkı sunacaktır.

During the pandemic, many businesses and organizations have had to make changes to manage operational and economic challenges. The purpose of this study is to compile the definitions in the scientific literature of the concepts and organizational behavior changes that have settled in our language in the new epidemic period in organizational life in our country and to investigate how a social culture is formed in businesses in this context. The findings of the study will contribute to the literature by compiling the scattered information.
