Abstract The work analyzes the ethnic-racial relations in the Children’s Education context through the Black Researchers Congress Annals (COPENE) from the year 2000 to 2020, embracing all the eleven event’s editions. It is a bibliographic research, State of Knowledge typed, which found 77 workers who dialogue with the theme ethnic-racial relations within Children’s Education. Based on the Analysis of Content, data was organized into six themes: pedagogical practices, children’s listening, continuing training, legislation, literature and teaching. Results indicate the importance of building Children’s Education guided by respecting the cultural and ethnic-racial differences, the need to break with the Euro centered curriculum and the appreciation of the children’s voices.
