Abstract This article aims to establish an approach to environmental law and its close relationship with sun and beach tourism, which is ultimately the most demanded in Cuba, recognizing tourism as a category of sustainable development, which becomes sustainable tourism. , it is about sun and beach tourism or coastal tourism seen from a legal perspective, DL which regulates its sustainable activity in its provisions as the best alternative to guarantee and develop tourist activity with a component of quality and sustainability for those who enjoy leisure.
