So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Interconnection Contracts, are the connection of two different networks to create traffic connection between opposite telecommunication networks. At the Turkish Law, regulations concerning these interconnettions are made under Code of Telephone & Teleghraph on numbered 406 & on numbered 2813 Radio Code. At the 1st Article of code which numbered as 406, arranged interconnection obligor. Concerning 1st article , ‘interconnection obligor ‘are defined as special / legal entity which will arrange interconnection network. Opreators which has an obligation for interconnection network are defined as ‘interconnection obligator ‘by Telecommunication Instutituon. Interconnection contracts are accepted as special law contracts and becouse of that be subjected Private Law regime. Interonnection Contracts ended by deadline whch noticed on contract or act one of parties against the rule of agreement
