Bazı Organik Gübre Uygulamalarının Asmanın (Vitis Vinifera L. Çiloreş) Fenolojik Gelişmesi İle Salkım, Tane ve Şıra Özellikleri Üzerine Etkisi

Bu araştırmada, organik bağcılıkta önerilen çiftlik gübresi, yeşil gübre bitkileri, saman malçı ve asmanın öğütülmüş budama artıkları ile bunlarla oluşturulan kombinasyonlar uygulanmıştır. Bu uygulamaların bağlarda herhangi bir ticari gübre kullanılmaksızın Çiloreş üzüm çeşidinde fenolojik gelişme tarihleri ile salkım, tane ve şıra özelliklerine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla asmaların fenolojik gelişme tarihlerinden; uyanma, tam çiçeklenme, ben düşme ve olgunluk, salkım özelliklerinden; salkım ağırlığı (g), salkım hacmi (ml), tane özelliklerinden; tane ağırlığı (g), tane hacmi (ml), kabuk oranı (%), şıra özelliklerinden ise şıra oranı (%), SÇKM (%) ve asitlik (%) değerleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler incelendiğinde, yapılan uygulamalar arasında fenolojik devrelere gelme bakımından önemli farklılıkların olmadığı saptanmıştır. Deneme sonucunda organik bağda ortalama salkım ağırlığının 198.9 g, salkım hacminin 216.4 ml, tane ağırlığının 2.59 g, tane hacminin 2.50 ml, kabuk oranının %12.8, şıra oranının %70.5, SÇKM %14.1 ve asitliğin %0.501 olduğu belirlenmiştir. Denemenin yapıldığı her iki yılda da incelenen salkım, tane ve şıra özelliklerinden salkım ağırlığı, salkım hacmi, tane ağırlığı, tane hacmi ve kabuk oranında uygulamalar arasında önemli bir farklılık olmazken ikinci yılda SÇKM ve asitlik değerleri uygulamalara göre önemli farklılık göstermiştir
