Abstract:

With the advancement of technology, crime committed in the field of information worldwide is increasingly increasing and has a negative impact on the life of society. The infrastructure work that is necessary to combat the crime committed through digital resources remains insufficient. The countries where information technology is widely used have realized the importance of this field as they are affected by the specified crimes and have included the concepts of judicial information and cyber crime in their educational programmes. But the study of the processes before and after the formation of computer crimes has revealed the need for a new branch of science. The Department of Judicial Information Engineering is a new discipline found in many countries around the world to fight computer crimes. In this study, the importance of judicial information engineering education has been shown by exposing the views of the institutions in our country on computer crimes and security.
