So many results that aren't mine?

Polipropilen Lif Katkılı Harçların Fiziksel ve Mekanik Özelikleri

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada, dört farklı görünüm oranındaki polimer esaslı polipropilen lifin harç özeliklerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Öncelikle lif katkısız kontrol numunesi üretilmiştir. Lifler harç içine hacimce %0.6, %0.8, %0.9, %1.1 oranlarında katılmıştır. Harçlar üzerinde basınç dayanımı, eğilme dayanımı, ultrases hızı, su emme, dinamik elastisite modülü ve mikroyapı incelemesi yapılmış ve kontrol numuneleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Deney sonuçlarına göre, polipropilen lif katkısının harçlar üzerinde basınç dayanımını bir miktar düşürdüğü, eğilme dayanımını bir miktar arttırdığı, su emmelerinin lif tipine göre değiştiği ve elastisite modülünün de düştüğü görülmüştür.

Abstract:

In this study, the effects of polymer based polypropylene fibers with four aspect ratios type on mortar properties have been investigated. Firstly, control samples were produced without fibers. The fibers were added to mortar mixtures in ratio of 0.6% 0.8% 0.9% and 1.1% by volume. On the mortars, compressive strength, flexural strength, ultrasonic velocity, water absorption and dynamic modulus of elasticity were defined and compared with control samples. According to experimental results, it was seen that when the compressive strength and dynamic modulus of elasticity was decreased by addition of fibers to mortar, bending strength and water absorption was slightly increased.
