Abstract:

The Soviet Union had commands such as landing in the hot seas that the Tsarish Russia inherited, getting more oil and mining resources and expanding the area of economic sovereignty. Iran, in general, was in a position where the Soviet Union could fulfill these wishes. But the only country that wanted to dominate Iran was not the Soviet Union. Britain, which dominated India, came to the south of Iran long before the Soviet Union. The presence of the British in Iran was the biggest obstacle to the expansion of the Soviets over this country. This situation led to a dispute between the two countries about Iran until World War II. The Soviet Union was attacked by Germany in the Second World War and united the two countries that had a dispute about Iran in the idea of Iran’s occupation. But this partnership between the allies in Iran began to change after the German danger was reduced. In 1944, the historic British-Russian dispute over Iran was rebounded. After this date, the Soviet Union, which wanted to carry out its historic emissions on Iran, had begun to implement its plans that it formed its sub-structure before and throughout the years of occupation. In this study, we will try to translate the Iranian policy followed by Mir Cafer Bağırov in the way the Soviet Union reached its historic emissions on Iran in the years 1941-46 and varied according to different periods.
