Makrolitlerin Nötrofil Granülositleri İçindeki Staphylococcus aureus'un Hücre İçinde Öldürülmesi Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmada eritromisin, azitromisin ve klaritromisin'in plazmada erişebildikleri konsantrasyonlarında (0.25, 1, 2 ve 20μg/ml) sağlıklı insan nötrofil granülositlerinin Staphylococcus aureus'a karşı hücre içi öldürme aktivitesi incelenmiştir. nötrofillein hücre içi öldürme aktivitesi deneyde kullanılan antibiyotik konsantrasyonları ile muamele edildikten 4 saat sonra ölçülmüştür. hüocre içi öldürme, azitromisin ile tüm konsantrasyonlarda, eritromisin ve klaritromisin ile yalnız 20μg/ml konsantrasyonda kontrola göre anlamlı olarak (p<0.05) arttığı saptanmıştır. Antibiyotiklerin, öldürme endeksini 20μg/ml konsantrasyonda arttırması anlamlı olarak (p<0.05) bulunmuştur.
