So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

In order to identify an activity or a business as a job, it requires certain characteristics. Secretaryship has emerged after industry revolution as a result of the need in organizations and businesses especially in the twentieth century, and it has carried out its educable and transmissible accumulation of knowledge to present day. It has been a matter of curiosity recently, why secretaryship is chosen as university education. The aim of this study is to make clear whether students choose this job as a career depending on the effect of many demographical reasons. The study centers on the students and graduates of Kirklareli University office management and executive assistance departments. Moreover, the perspectives of the participants about the job have been evaluated by means of many factors according to their sex, graduation condition and vocational condition
