This study, on the basis of archive records related to the tables, tries to understand the socio-economic role and influence of the financial officers commissioned by the center in the 1790s, and from here to the way it explores the place of these officers in the Ottoman State’s centralization efforts. As a result of the study, it has been important to limit the powers of the bookmakers sent to the site not only of the people but also of the other government officials in the site, to collect information about the site players that may be dangerous for the site. In this sense, they have contributed to the centralized policies and to the strengthening of the authority of the center.
